• What we collect: the name, email address and any optional details you give us when you sign the petition, join the mailing list, volunteer or submit evidence.
• Why: to record your signature, to send campaign updates you have asked for, and to respond to what you send us.
• Legal basis: your explicit consent, recorded with the wording you agreed to and the time you agreed to it.
• Sharing: we never sell or share your data. Petition email addresses are never published. Aggregate signature totals may be published.
• Retention: until the campaign concludes or you ask us to remove your data, whichever comes first.
• Your rights: access, correction, erasure, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Every campaign email contains an unsubscribe link.
• Contact for data requests: use the contact form on this site and choose the privacy and data option.

If anything on this site is inaccurate, tell us and we will check it. Where we are wrong we will correct the page, mark the correction, date it and keep the original wording visible in the correction note. We do not silently edit or delete published material.
